In addition to the statutory rights to defects to which you are entitled, we grant you a 5-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the date of the invoice. Our guarantee extends geographically to the country of the EU.
If during this period material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods purchased by you, we will grant you one of the following services within the framework of the guarantee at our discretion:

- repair of the goods free of charge or
- free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original item is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods due to:

- misuse or improper handling
- environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.) 
- non-observance of any safety precautions 
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g. impact, shock, falling) 
- unauthorised repair attempts 
- normal wear and tear

 

In order to make a claim under the guarantee, you must first allow us to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods. In doing so, please ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for a guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the consignment. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the guarantee without this copy of the invoice. The sending of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed free of charge for you. We will then reimburse any shipping costs you may have paid.

 

Notice:

Your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are not restricted in any way by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

 

If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore always claim against us under the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is invoked.
